Pulling together, doing something that is not possible alone - that’s what this documentary of contemporary life in Lach Klan, the home village of the Gitxaala Nation is about. The film guides the viewer through a world of richness and possibility that exists in Gitxaala’s traditional territory. But the view is one of rose tinted glasses: we also learn about the community’s history in the commercial fishing industry and how its decline has hurt.
